Its bimini canvas top looks brand new. There is a changing room that comes down from the bimini top that could also become a head with the addition of a porta potty (not included). The original owner lived in Michigan and spent his winter months in Ft Myers, Florida. Although the boat has been in brackish water, there is very little signs of saltwater corrosion on the boat or trailer. This seller upgraded the stereo system and speakers. The seller is a cattleman who said the reason for selling is "he wants to increase the size of his herd of cows". This is a great deal, for the quality and size of the pontoon. The boat is in very good condition for a 10 year old pontoon. The original owner kept the boat inside at marinas both up north and down south.
